Distribution Centres

In most cases your order is processed at your local state Wood Tech distribution centre. Tasmanian orders are processed from Melbourne and North Territory orders are processed from Perth. Due to stock availability, in some cases your order may be shipped from another state or split from multiple distribution centres. 

 

Delivery Locations

It’s preferred for online orders to be shipped to a business address, but orders can be shipped to your home address. At this stage orders can only be shipped to a physical address and cannot be sent to PO boxes, parcel lockers, locked bags, private bags etc. 

 

Courier Services

Wood Tech partner with several different couriers to ensure a cost-effective and fast delivery to your location.

 

Click & Collect

Some items may be available for click and collect at your local Wood Tech showroom. Look for this option at checkout. Certain items are only available for pickup and will require a ute or van; look for this option at checkout. You will be prompted with an email or SMS to advise that your order is ready to collect. It is not possible to pickup your order unless you’ve been advised that it has been picked first. 

 

Delivery Times

Orders received before midday (local time) are often dispatched the same day. If there is an unforeseen delay to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. After dispatch your order is usually delivered between 1 – 4 days, with some remote areas taking longer.
